ISO Certification Announcement
Effective as of this year I.L.S. Co., Ltd. is certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant 3PL service provider. The certification is accredited by Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand) Ltd.
To become certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant I.L.S. Co., Ltd. underwent a one-year period of evaluation process that included quality management, system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment and clearance of non-conformances to comply with the quality management standard.
The certification of compliance with ISO 9001:2008 recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of I.L.S. Co., Ltd. ensure consistent quality in logistics services provided to our clients.
We believe that our decision to become ISO 9001 certified is one that not only anticipates the demands of our clients, but also demonstrates our commitment to providing quality services to our clients for the years to come.
ILS Thailand Builds New Warehouse

Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) Co., Ltd. is a leading 3PL provider in Thailand who provides full serviced warehouse facilities tuned to their customer needs and requirements. The business has been experiencing constant growth, hence ILS decided to relocate to a larger warehouse at Pak-Kret, just miles outside the curfew zone of Bangkok. Standing at 7,500 sqm, the new warehouse is a secured compound with flood & fire protected indoor and outdoor storage facilities for small items up to massive.
Taking into considerations the building restrictions, SSI SCHAEFER Thailand designed the warehouse with a single objective of maximizing storage capacity. The new layout integrated both the existing and new storage systems for optimized efficiency under one roof.
The warehouse is divided into 2 main areas: the ambient temperature bulk storage zone and temperature controlled picking zone. In the ambient temperature zone, Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) pallet racking of 8 metres height was installed to store up to 4,008 pallets, while shelf compartments were designed on the selective racking systems for storage of smaller carton boxes.
The temperature-controlled picking area consists of 3-tier R3000 shelving system for 900 compartments at load capacity 300 kg per sqm. SSI SCHAEFER Thailand also modified and re-installed the existing R4000 system from 2-tier to 3-tier in Pak-Kret warehouse.
The entire relocation and installations were completed by late January 2008.
